the problem was traditional conical fermenters were big and bulky and generally cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. so, i began to fool around with the idea of designing my own line of smaller conical fermenters…based on the conical designs used by professional brewers. the first result is the brewdemon 2-gallon conical fermenting system, which includes the world’s first 2-gallon conical fermenter (patent pending). besides making great tasting beer, bottling and clean-up a whole lot easier.
